NOTES and CONDITIONS

Rates and VAT

All rates include VAT. Berth rates also include Portos de Galicia fees. Service and labour rates are shown excluding VAT. Rates for authorised Portos de Galicia berths include VAT but exclude Portos de Galicia fees.

Water and electricity consumption

Rates include standard water and electricity consumption. Excess consumption is charged at €0.42/kWh and €7/m³. For Portos de Galicia berths, water consumption up to 3.6 m³/month and electricity consumption up to 11.6 kWh/month are included. Any usage above these limits will be billed separately.

Overnight stay

Dry storage rates do not include overnight accommodation, which is charged at €4 per person per day.

Catamarans and trimarans

A ×1.5 coefficient is applied to the standard berth rate.

Winter storage

The minimum stay required to qualify for the monthly winter storage rate is 4 months.

Outdoor boatyard

Up to 30 days of complimentary outdoor storage in the boatyard for Marina Viveiro customers with a valid annual contract, subject to availability. Rates include the necessary supports, cradles and wedges to ensure proper boat support.

Haul-out and launching operations

Includes labour for the boat support and blocking service, assistance during haul-out and launching operations (the owner’s presence is not required). Double operation: haul-out and launching without setting the boat on supports, completed within a period of less than 2 hours. Loading/unloading onto a transport truck is charged as a single operation plus the corresponding labour costs. Diver service for sling placement (if required): €85 for the first 30 minutes and €137/hour thereafter.

X5 Fee · Portos de Galicia

The maintenance fee for authorised Portos de Galicia berths applies for a minimum period of 6 months (calendar semester). It does not include the X5 Fee, which must be paid directly to Portos de Galicia in advance each semester and is calculated as: Beam × Length (rounded up) × 0.098603 × Number of days in the semester

Parking

Parking within our facilities outside public opening hours is available for €23 per month.
